Well I have my Christmas Village finished. Tina {my oldest daughter} and worked on this for a few weeks but i think it turned out great. We used svg files from svgcuts.com I used Peony Cottage for Santa's workshop, Miss Karen's Back to School for the School House, Gingerbread Chalet Village for the Elf Quarters, Spring Birdhouses for the Bakery and the Stables. { of course without the hole for the bird lol then added a door}, The Santa Sleigh was from Merry and Bright .The svg files from Svgcuts.com cut very well and go together easily. Mary is very talented at making svg files. ok so here are the pic.

I am not very good at taking pictures.this is with the lights off and the tea light and the lights we add to the Christmas Tree. Doing that tree was a pain in the neck {I let Tina do it lol} .

We tried to get a towel to block everything but the village didn't work the best.

 School for the The bakery and School house {Spring Birdhouses for the Bakery the short house, Miss Karen's Back toSchool House}

The Stables  is made from {Spring Birdhouses} the Tall house we just added doubles doors

Here are a few close ups

This frozen lake turned out great I didn't know if my  idea would work or not.
I free handed the lake in a light blue then run it thought the sticker maker and covered it in  ulta thick embossing powder after heating it looked just like ice.

The reindeer are made from little cloth pens a wooden stool, I sorry but I don't remmeber were I got the svg for the head and antlers just cut them  and hot glued them on, then run tiny bells on embroidery thread and glue dotted them to the deer.

I hope you all have a safe and Merry Christmas!!
